Terms of sale

Seller: Stan Guitars, represented by Nicolas Constans (SIRET 52436396700026) – 32 Impasse Jules Verne, 81500 Labastide-Saint-Georges – stanguitars@gmail.com – +33 (0)6 40 51 16 64.

Products: Electric guitars, bass guitars, acoustic guitars, pickups, accessories.

Prices: Prices in euros, VAT not applicable (Art. 293B of the French General Tax Code).

Orders: 40% deposit required for all custom orders (non-refundable). Balance due before shipping. Full payment required for in-stock products.

Lead Time: Minimum 3 months for production. Estimated lead times depend on current order volume, supply availability, and customer specifications.

Delivery: Estimated delivery time starts after the end of production. Transport risks are the responsibility of the customer.

Force Majeure: In the event of major disruptions (natural disasters, pandemics, illness, supply shortages, etc.), Stan Guitars may suspend deadlines without compensation.

Right of Withdrawal: 14-day withdrawal period, except for custom-made products.

Warranties: Legal warranty + Stan Guitars Instrument Warranty: 10 years on assembly and craftsmanship for the original owner (excluding supplier parts).

Personal Data: In accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

Applicable Law: French law.
